Odette Estate Winery is tucked under the palisades of the Stags Leap District, right along Silverado Trail and is the newest member to the PlumpJack and CADE family. The Stags Leap District’s soils are famous for adding unique characteristics to wine.
Odette Estates’ state-of-the-art winery building is one of just a handful of wineries to feature a living green roof, planted to grasses and plants. The roof also contains 2,500 square feet of solar panels and the winemaking laboratory is constructed from recycled shipping containers from China.
