Duckhorn Vineyards

Founded by Dan and Margaret Duckhorn in 1976, Duckhorn Vineyards has been crafting classic Napa Valley wines for nearly 40 years. From the inaugural vintage of of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in 1978 to its addition of Sauvignon Blanc in 1982 they have crafted a tradition of quality and excellence that continues today.

Duckhorn produces several single-vineyard Merlots and Cabernet Sauvignons, as well as a Sauvignon blanc. In 2005, the San Francisco Chronicle proclaimed Dan Duckhorn its “Winemaker of the Year” and named four of his wines to its list of “Top 100 Wines of 2005.”
