First opened for public tastings in 1882, Charles Krug Winery is home to California’s very first tasting room. Charles Krug pioneered the cold-sterile filtration method which made his wines some of the best in the world, at the time.
Charles Krug is fortunate to have extensive vineyard holdings throughout Napa Valley. Using sustainable farming practices and careful stewardship, winemaker Stacy Clark crafts elegant, finely balanced wines that express the unique terroir of each vineyard.
