Olabisi Tasting room

In downtown Calistoga, Olabisi Wines’ tasting room is run by a long-time winemaker, Ted Osborne, specializing in extremely small-production wines. The big Cabs, floral Pinots and dry whites often sell out quickly, with the winery producing less than 1000 cases a year.

Olabisi means limited production, handcrafted wines from one-of-a-kind vineyard sources tended by uncommonly talented farmers. With a miniscule production, they’re able to pay attention to each of the wines as individual expressions of the truly incredible vineyards from which they’re sourced.
