In September 2006, Chef Thomas Keller opened the doors to Ad Hoc, located on Washington St. in the town of Yountville. His casual dining venue for showcases the American comfort food of his childhood. Ad Hoc is loved by both Napa Valley locals and visitors to the wine country.
The concept is simple: just one daily-changing prix fixe menu, which includes a salad, entrée, cheese course, and dessert and is served family-style.
